In the Dubai Design District (D3), the new Meraas Atelis residential development is located in the quickly growing Creekside waterfront neighbourhood of Dubai. It is Meraas that is the developer. The American design firm that created the Burj Khalifa, Skidmore, Owings & Merrill (SOM), came up with the architectural concept.
